1. Match Tickets (Digital)
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases. Exceptions: Full refunds only if match is cancelled, postponed (if you can't attend new date), or played behind closed doors.
2. Merchandise
Non-Returnable:
- Customized/Personalized jerseys
- Opened underwear or socks
- Items purchased on sale
3. Memberships
Visakha FC Memberships are non-refundable once the digital Membership ID has been generated. Renewal cancellation is available at any time.
